Special Steel

Special Steel

Special steel materials & products are produced by adding various distinctive alloying elements to iron, with higher strength and toughness, physical properties, chemical properties compared to ordinary steel. We believe in building lasting partnerships with our customers since our establishment. Together with what is available across our reputed and trustworthy suppliers all around the globe, we can ensure that specialty steel we procure is tailor to our valuable customers' needs.

Types of Special Steel

  • Alloy Steel
Alloy steels are the type of steels fabricated by alloying with additional elements such as nickel, manganese, molybdenum, chromium, vanadium, silicon and boron.
  • Stainless Steel
Stainless steels are the type of steels produced by adding a minimum of 10.5% chromium as the predominant alloying element.
  • Steel Square Bar
Square bars refer to a type of steel bar that find uses in various uses when the properties of lightweight and corrosion resistance are required.
  • Steel Round Bar
Round bar refers to a type of circular steel bar that is made from a variety of metals that can be supplied in various diameters.
  • Steel Flat Bar
As its name implies, flat bar is one of the most recognizable forms of steel bar. Thanks to its workability, steel flat bar is easy to weld, cut-to-length, drill, and form to fit.
  • Steel Hexagon Bar
Hexagon bar refers to a kind of steel bar that can be used in various applications when case hardening quality and appropriate mechanical properties are required.
  • Hot Forged Steel Bar
Forging refers to a process that involves forming a metal using localized compressive forces, and it can be further divided into cold forging, warm forging, or hot forging based on temperature at which it is performed.
  • Hot Rolled Steel Bar
Hot rolling refers to the process in which the steel is rolled above the recrystallization temperature. After cooling at room temperature, the steel is normalized and cooled to become a hot rolled finished steel product.
  • Cold Drawn Steel Bar
Cold-drawn bars are obtained by pulling the mold into bars that are smaller than the hot-rolled size. After additional rolling, grinding, polishing, the appearance of cold-drawn steel bars is brighter, and its tolerance is similar to hot rolled steel bar.
  • Peeled Bar
The peeling process refers to the process of removing the outer "skin" of the steel bar by rotating the tool.
