We’re delighted to supply for the construction of the Catholic Hub, a groundbreaking steel project located at 49 Upper Thomson Road in Singapore. Positioned on the Archdiocese’s largest freehold site and nestled beside the verdant MacRitchie Reservoir, this development spans approximately 46,100 m² and is being delivered in three phases. There’re 3 phases of construction of this entire project and phase 1 is already underway, with completion expected by end-2026.
For this project, we supplied 800 tons of S355J0 H Beam, forming the structural backbone of this landmark catholic building. These premium beams are integral to ensuring both strength and stability throughout the Hub’s complex framework, from retreat spaces and heritage halls to elegant spiritual corridors—ensuring both the safety and the longevity of the Hub’s structures.
These beams form the structural backbone of the Hub, ensuring durability, stability, and efficiency in construction.
Strength and reliability – S355J0 grade beams provide excellent yield strength (355 MPa), making them ideal for the Hub’s load-bearing structures.
Design efficiency – The H beam’s shape delivers superior load distribution, reducing material usage without compromising safety.
Versatility – Perfect for multi-storey frameworks, convention halls, and large-span spaces required in a project of this scale.
This project exemplifies our global reach and local impact: on-time logistics, rigorous technical compliance, and delivering cost-effective strength—all while supporting a building that embodies community, conservation, and faith. Whether you are planning large-scale infrastructure, commercial complexes, or heritage-focused builds, partner with us for dependable steel solutions.
